We will transfer your website(s) to our high–performance cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost information and unwanted downtime. That is why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly capable administrators whose only task is to make certain that your web site functions precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on famous web applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We try to implement all web site migrations as quickly as possible. Yet, we don’t have a fixed time frame for web site migrations. There are several aspects that you need to take into account – the actual size of your site and the workload of our website migration team, etc. We constantly try to perform each migration within 48 hours. With smaller–sized sites, our team usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We’ll need the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

After that, we’ll instruct you how to transfer the domain to your hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS resource records.

A: No. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we won’t need anything. We will never contact your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yes. We support all common Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, as we do not provide Windows web hosting services ourselves.We also don’t support proprietary website building and management user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
